PFCS acts as the Single Point of Access (SPOA) for housing and case management requests for the adult mental health system in Putnam County. We oversee and track all new referrals, and, together with other community providers, review and prioritize each request to ensure that individuals with the highest need receive access to services as quickly as possible.
