Our outreach to the Latino community aims to help immigrants adjust to the many challenges that impact life in a new country. We meet with people in common gathering places, advise them of their rights and responsibilities, and assist with skills needed to communicate and support their families. Our Outreach worker provides education about alcohol and substance abuse, emphasizes the importance of treating mental health and addiction, and connects individuals with services available in the community.
