As contracted with Astor Services for Children and Families, PFCS provides support to foster children with serious emotional disturbances and their foster and biological families through this program developed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. We work towards establishing a stable family and home environment for every child through a range of services including skill-building, pre-vocational planning, crisis planning, respite, and linkage to necessary physical and mental health services.
